We do have a practice in-house complaints procedure in accordance with current government guidelines. If you do have any problems please mention this to the Receptionist and the appropriate procedures will be instigated.
Our Complaints Officer is Kath Odell. It is of prime concern to us that the highest standards are achieved. Your views are important; please discuss any problems you have with any member of staff and every effort will he made for you to obtain satisfaction. However, if your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you can seek addition help and advice from the Dental Complaints Service for private patients.
